Privacy Policy

Doocmin lets you create templates, collaborate on documents, keep versions and generate PDFs, either in the app or through integrations. Account and sign-in

We store the name and email you provide, your sign-in sessions and the authentication methods linked to your account. If you choose a password, we store a cryptographic representation of it, not the original text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google identifier, name, email and, when available, profile picture. This requests basic identity information only; it does not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.

Documents and collaboration

We process the content, variables, images, versions and generation results you send in order to save, edit and export your documents. Members you grant access to can use the document according to their role. Images hosted on external sites may require a request to those sites when they are displayed or when a PDF is generated.

Integrations, Claude and other AI agents

API keys and MCP connections, including the Doocmin connector for Claude, act on your documents with the permissions you grant. When you connect an agent or external application, it can receive the data it reads and send authorized changes. Review its permissions and its own privacy policy before connecting it. You can revoke connections and keys in Doocmin at any time.

When Claude uses Doocmin, Doocmin receives only the tool requests Claude sends: for example the document, values or text involved in that operation. Doocmin does not request or store your conversations with Claude, your Claude memory or files you share with Claude unless they are sent as part of a tool request, such as text for a new document. Content created through a connection is stored like any other content in your account. Data Claude receives from Doocmin is governed by Anthropic's policies. Doocmin itself does not include an AI provider to generate content.

Services that process information

We use Vercel to host the application and generate PDFs, Convex for data, files and collaboration, Google for optional sign-in and Resend for account recovery emails. These providers process the information needed to deliver their service. Infrastructure and backups may be located in countries other than yours. Data from the previous version is also kept temporarily in Neon and private backups to allow recovery during the migration.

Security and operation

We use session cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to preserve editing state. We log operational information, such as request identifiers, tool names, errors, response times and access events, to diagnose problems and protect the service. Infrastructure may process your IP address and technical browser data. The application contains no advertising or advertising trackers.

Retention and control

Documents, versions and items in the trash are kept so you can consult and recover them. Moving a document to the trash does not delete it permanently. Backups may retain information after a change in the application. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your data or account, write to pprg1996@gmail.com; we will verify that the request belongs to your account before processing it.
